The prototype phase

Before anyone locks the final scope, we build a working prototype of the whole thing and run it on real test displays of every type, back-stage. Not a mockup, not a slide: your system, on your hardware, that your team interacts with and reacts to. Layout, behavior, and usability get settled while settling them still costs a sprint instead of a change order.
