The one-partner idea started with a frustration.
Bryan Gilliom founded MessagePoint Media in 2014 on a conviction the industry still hasn't caught up to: an agency shouldn't have to become a signage company to run great signage.

MPM sells a life-of-project service, not a box and a warranty. That model didn't come from a marketing session. It came from watching agencies get sold hardware and left alone with it. Bryan built the company around a different promise: one partner, accountable from the first site survey to the display that's still running years later.
It's why MPM designs, builds, burns in, deploys, monitors, and supports every screen from one roof in Birmingham, Alabama. Owning the whole chain is harder. It's also the only way to actually stand behind the promise.
The product roadmap works the same way, by listening. The rail display line exists because a transit agency asked for hardware the market wasn't offering, and MPM built it. That's the pattern: real problems from the field become real products.
